CONFERENCE ROOMS Our public rooms can hold up to 350 people and offer the most up-to-date audiovisual equipment, making them ideal for business meetings, company product presentations, business lunches and conventions. ADVISE: The nights of 24 and 31 December, the Silken Indautxu will close the Restauration Service. “EL Muelle” Bar: Our bar, modelled on the famous English clubs, also offers good cocktails and “combinados” and special performances at Weekends. After a hard day of work or tourism, why not relax and take time out to have a drink in a welcoming atmosphere? “Indautxu” Cafeteria: If you are looking for an informal meal, try the menu of the day or our tasty traditional “pintxos” (kebabs). The Indautxu cafe is open all day up to ten in the evening ( 12 midnight at Weekends). Ëtxaniz" Restaurant: Our restaurant specialises in Basque cuisine which is internationally well-known and praised. The exquisite dishes offered by traditional basque cuisine are made in a simple way and with high quality raw materials cooking. On the menu you will find innovative and creative dishes.

Area information

The Silken Indautxu is just 15 minutes walk from the Fine Arts Museum, Calatrava bridge and Bilbao’s stunning Guggenheim Museum. The Universidad de Deusto is just a 20-minute stroll away. You can also easily visit Doña Casilda Park and the chic shops of the Manzana de Oro district.

Travel information

* From Madrid, San Sebastián or Vitoria:
From the A8 Motorway take the Bilbao exit towards Plaza Zabálburu and continue until you get to it. From there, take the fourth intersection on your right (Autonomía Street), turn on to the third street on your right (Iparraguire) and then turn on to the first street on your left (Engaña street). You will find the hotel’s parking 100 metres down the street.
*From Santander
From the A8 Motorway take the Bilbao exit towards “Sagrado Corazón" and descend along Arana street where you will find a sign post for Plaza Indatxu (Simón Bolivar street). On this street go straight and at the sixth intersection turn right (Aureliano Valle street), ascend until you reach Plaza Bombero Etxaniz and you will find the hotel’s entrance.

Closest airport: La Paloma, 14 Km.
*By taxi: more or less 25 euros.
*By bus: Bus 3247 does the Airport-Bilbao route. The nearest stop to the is 5 minutes away and it is called Plaza Moyúa.

Indautxu station is 200 metres away.
